It all started back in 2007 when I began making pizza at a roman style pizzeria in Auckland, New Zealand.
It was a side hustle to support my passion for music and playing in bands. 14 years later the tables turned.
In the midst of a pandemic I took a leap of faith and opened Thin Slizzy.
We make Neapolitan style pizza in a HOT AF electric oven, close as you can get to wood-fired pizza without the wood.
We aim to provide excellent product and service, all the while not forgetting where we came from and the ideals we value. We're pretty laid back but thats pizza? Doesn't need to be super serious and 'traditional'... its just pizza.. But trust us when we say it's very good pizza!
